CSC Change Makers!!

VLE Lakshmikant Patel manages his CSC in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh. He is delivering services like Jeevan Praman, Digipay, PMGDISHA, Ayushman Bharat and PMSYM.

Churan Lal Bisen, who is suffering from paralysis, was not receiving his monthly pension as he was not able to procure a Jeevan Praman certificate. VLE Lakshmikant visited his residence to get his certificate made. Now Mr. Churan Lal is receiving his pension regularly. He thanked the VLE and CSC for the timely help.

Till date, VLE has made 4800 #JeevanPraman certificates.
