VLE Milind Chutke from Pune District, Maharashtra has been going door-to-door and issuing Jeevan Pramaan certificates to senior citizens who can’t visit the CSC due to ill-health or other medical reasons.
He is also helping them withdraw their pension through #DigiPay.
