71-year-old Jaibai Nivrutti Dawre, who is paralyzed, was not getting her pension for months due to the non-availability of a Life Certificate (Jeevan Pramaan). When VLE got to know about the situation, he went to her home and generated her life certificate instantly. Now she is getting her pension without any glitches.
