Stree Swabhiman!!

Under Stree Swabhiman programme initiated by CSC to advance women’s health and hygiene in rural and low income areas, sanitary napkin manufacturing units have been set up across the country. Currently 6600 women, mostly from marginalized and poor communities, are employed through 1306 sanitary napkin manufacturing units that are operational across the country.
