90 years old Ramkali lives in Kapsareli gram panchayat. She has been under treatment for illness at Janki kund hospital. Due to financial constraints, she couldn’t continue her treatment. When Chitrakoot-based CSC VLE Moti Lal got this information, he went to her residence and made her Ayushman Bharat card, through which Ramkali could continue her treatment.

VLE Moti Lal has so far registered more than 1000 people under Ayushman Bharat. The VLE is also delivering services on PMGDISHA, electricity bill collection, eShram registrations, telemedicine and insurance.
